Start with EQUILOG

EQUILOG is a complete environment for the preparation, execution and monitoring of hydraulic balancing operations.

The solution includes:

  • A Back-office client to manage technicians, projects, access rights, licences, and tokens; ;
  • the EQUILOG Software Balancing, used by technicians to carry out measurements and adjustments; ;
  • EQUILOG Drawing, intended for the schematic representation of hydraulic networks.

MAPSEC also offers measurement devices and connected equipment, brought together in various professional case configurations.

Creating and activating your EQUILOG environment

Creation of the customer back office

The EQUILOG client Back-Office can be created in two ways:

  • by MAPSEC, at the client's request; ;
  • by the customer, by scanning the activation QR code provided in the case.

If the company already has an EQUILOG account, it should not create a new one. It simply logs into its existing Back-Office.

The client Back-Office then allows you to create and manage an unlimited number of operator accounts free of charge.

Baggage and equipment registration

A suitcase or additional equipment can be attached to the company account in two ways:

  • by MAPSEC, at the client's request ;
  • by the customer or an operator, by scanning the QR code present on the suitcase or equipment.

Hardware QR codes can be scanned from:

  • The Customer Back Office ;
  • The Operator Back Office.

The scan allows us to identify the equipment, verify its serial number, and link it to the company account.

The main QR code on a suitcase can also be used to automatically register the equipment included in its contents.

Licence activation

EQUILOG licenses are tied to the customer company's account. They are not associated with a particular case or operator.

After purchasing a licence, the customer receives a unique activation number or code.

This licence number must be entered in the Back-office client in order to activate the corresponding rights on the company account.

Summary of how it works

Account creation:
MAPSEC creates the client's Back-Office, or the client creates it from the QR code available in the case.

Equipment allocation
MAPSEC links the equipment to the account or the client and their operators scan the QR codes of the suitcases and equipment.

Licence activation:
The licence number is entered in the Customer Back-Office and adds usage rights to the company account.
