EQUILOG offers several access packages to suit the frequency of use, the number of users and the organisation of each company.

A free customer back-office

The creation and use of Back-Office client EQUILOG are free.

The Back-Office includes the company's administrator account and allows you to:

  • create and manage operator accounts; ;
  • store baggage and equipment ;
  • assign hardware to operators ;
  • manage access rights ;
  • View information related to licences and tokens.

The company can create as many operator accounts as necessary, at no extra charge.

Therefore, creating an operator account does not require purchasing a licence. Only the use of the operational features of the EQUILOG software requires an active EQUILOG Pro Licence or tokens.

EQUILOG Pro Licences

EQUILOG Pro Licences allow the use of EQUILOG software without token deduction during their period of validity.

3 simultaneous use posts per license

Each EQUILOG Pro Licence includes 3 simultaneous uses.

This means that up to three operators can use the EQUILOG software at the same time, from three different cases or devices.

Licenses can be stacked on the same business account:

  • 1 licence grants access to 3 simultaneous users; ;
  • 2 licences grant access to 6 simultaneous users; ;
  • 3 licences give access to 9 concurrent posts; ;
  • 9 licences grant access to 27 simultaneous users.

The company can therefore create as many operator accounts as necessary and adapt the number of licenses to its actual usage needs.

The licence is tied to the company. It is not permanently associated with an operator, a case or a particular piece of equipment.

EQUILOG Pro Licence 1 Year

The EQUILOG Pro Licence 1 Year grants access to professional software features for a period of 12 months from activation.

It includes:

  • the use of the software without token counting; ;
  • 3 simultaneous use posts; ;
  • access to the features included in the offer; ;
  • the hosting required for the operation of the service; ;
  • standard support ;
  • corrective and security updates.

The licence is billed as a one-off payment.

Its renewal is not automatic. At the end of the 12 months, the client must order a new licence to continue using EQUILOG's professional features.

EQUILOG Pro Licence 3 years

The EQUILOG Pro Licence 3 years grants access to the professional features of the software for a period of 36 months from its activation.

It includes:

  • the use of the software without token counting; ;
  • 3 simultaneous use posts; ;
  • access to the features included in the offer; ;
  • the hosting required for the operation of the service; ;
  • standard support ;
  • corrective and security updates.

Its renewal is not automatic. Upon expiry of the 36 months, the customer must order a new licence for a period of 36 months, at the rate in effect at the time of renewal.

EQUILOG Pro perpetual licence

The EQUILOG Pro perpetual licence grants the customer a perpetual licence to use the software.

It includes:

  • the use of the software without token counting; ;
  • 3 simultaneous use posts; ;
  • access to the features included in the offer; ;
  • the hosting required for the operation of the service; ;
  • standard support ;
  • corrective and security updates.

The term «perpetual» only concerns the duration of the right of use. It does not mean that the number of simultaneous users is unlimited.

A company wishing to have more simultaneous workstations can combine several perpetual EQUILOG Pro Licences on the same account.

New modules, optional extras, or major functional developments may be subject to separate pricing.

Token packs

Token packs allow EQUILOG to be used based on the number of operations actually performed.

This formula is particularly suitable

  • for businesses with occasional use; ;
  • for users with a low annual trading volume; ;
  • for companies not wishing to subscribe immediately to an EQUILOG Pro Licence.

The tokens are credited to the company account and can be used by authorised operators.

Purchased tokens are retained indefinitely. They are debited in accordance with the usage rules defined by MAPSEC for each operation carried out within the software.

Unlike EQUILOG Pro Licences, token packs do not allow for usage without decrementing: each affected operation consumes the intended number of tokens.

Independent licences for suitcases and operators

The licenses and tokens are tied to the Client account.

They are not permanently associated.

  • to a particular suitcase; ;
  • to a particular piece of equipment; ;
  • to a nominal operator.

The client Back-Office administrator can thus create their operators, manage their equipment and assign the cases according to the company's organisation.

The suitcases, equipment, licences and operator accounts are therefore managed separately.
