Choose your EQUILOG software access plan
EQUILOG offers several access packages to suit the frequency of use, the number of users and the organisation of each company.
A free customer back-office
The creation and use of Back-Office client EQUILOG are free.
The Back-Office includes the company's administrator account and allows you to:
- create and manage operator accounts; ;
- store baggage and equipment ;
- assign hardware to operators ;
- manage access rights ;
- View information related to licences and tokens.
The company can create as many operator accounts as necessary, at no extra charge.
Therefore, creating an operator account does not require purchasing a licence. Only the use of the operational features of the EQUILOG software requires an active EQUILOG Pro Licence or tokens.
EQUILOG Pro Licences
EQUILOG Pro Licences allow the use of EQUILOG software without token deduction during their period of validity.
Understanding the number of positions
A licence corresponds to the simultaneous use of the EQUILOG software by one operator from a compatible device.
The number of included posts depends on the chosen plan:
- The 1-year EQUILOG Pro licence includes 3 simultaneous positions ;
- The 3-year EQUILOG Pro licence includes 3 simultaneous positions ;
- the perpetual EQUILOG Pro licence includes Simultaneous post.
This means, for example, that a 1-year EQUILOG Pro licence allows three operators to use the software at the same time from three separate devices.
Licenses can be stacked on the same business account:
- 1-year or 3-year licence provides access to 3 devices simultaneously; ;
- 2 annual licences or 3 years give access to 6 simultaneous devices; ;
- 3 annual licences or 3 years give access to 9 simultaneous workstations; ;
- 1 perpetual licence gives access to 1 concurrent workstation; ;
- 3 perpetual licences grant access to 3 simultaneous workstations.
The company can therefore create as many operator accounts as necessary and adapt the number of licenses to its actual usage needs.
The licences are linked to the company account. They are not permanently associated with a specific operator, case or device.
EQUILOG Pro Licence 1 Year
The EQUILOG Pro Licence 1 Year grants access to professional software features for a period of 12 months from activation.
It includes:
- the use of the software without token counting; ;
- 3 simultaneous user licences ;
- access to the features included in the offer; ;
- the hosting required for the operation of the service; ;
- standard support ;
- corrective and security updates.
The licence is billed as a one-off payment.
Its renewal is not automatic. At the end of the 12 months, the client must order a new licence to continue using EQUILOG's professional features.
EQUILOG Pro Licence 3 years
The EQUILOG Pro Licence 3 years grants access to the professional features of the software for a period of 36 months from its activation.
It includes:
- the use of the software without token counting; ;
- 3 simultaneous user licences ;
- access to the features included in the offer; ;
- the hosting required for the operation of the service; ;
- standard support ;
- corrective and security updates.
Its renewal is not automatic. Upon expiry of the 36 months, the customer must order a new licence for a period of 36 months, at the rate in effect at the time of renewal.
EQUILOG Pro perpetual licence
The EQUILOG Pro perpetual licence grants the customer a perpetual licence to use the software.
It includes:
- the use of the software without token counting; ;
- 1 simultaneous user licence ;
- access to the features included in the offer; ;
- the hosting required for the operation of the service; ;
- standard support ;
- corrective and security updates.
The term «perpetual» only concerns the duration of the right of use. It does not mean that the number of simultaneous users is unlimited.
A company wishing to have more simultaneous workstations can combine several perpetual EQUILOG Pro Licences on the same account.
New modules, optional extras, or major functional developments may be subject to separate pricing.
Token packs
Token packs allow EQUILOG to be used based on the number of operations actually performed.
This formula is particularly suitable
- for businesses with occasional use; ;
- for users with a low annual trading volume; ;
- for companies not wishing to subscribe immediately to an EQUILOG Pro Licence.
The tokens are credited to the company account and can be used by authorised operators.
Purchased tokens are retained indefinitely. They are debited in accordance with the usage rules defined by MAPSEC for each operation carried out within the software.
Unlike EQUILOG Pro Licences, token packs do not allow for usage without decrementing: each affected operation consumes the intended number of tokens.
Independent licences for suitcases and operators
The licenses and tokens are tied to the Client account.
They are not permanently associated.
- to a particular suitcase; ;
- to a particular piece of equipment; ;
- to a nominal operator.
The client Back-Office administrator can thus create their operators, manage their equipment and assign the cases according to the company's organisation.
The suitcases, equipment, licences and operator accounts are therefore managed separately.
Change of formula
Switching from a 1-year or 3-year EQUILOG Pro licence to a perpetual EQUILOG Pro licence constitutes a change of plan.
The number of licences included in the new subscription depends on the chosen plan. The three licences of an annual or 3-year subscription are therefore not automatically converted into three perpetual licences.
When upgrading to a perpetual EQUILOG Pro licence:
- the perpetual licence includes 1 simultaneous user; ;
- operator accounts, equipment, projects and company data are retained; ;
- Additional perpetual licences can be ordered if the company wishes to retain several simultaneous uses.
In summary
- Free client back-office ;
- free and unlimited operator accounts ;
- business-related licences ;
- 3 simultaneous posts with 1-year and 3-year Pro Licences ;
- 1 simultaneous workstation with the perpetual Pro Licence ;
- stackable licences on a single account ;
- usage without token count with an active EQUILOG Pro Licence; ;
- token packs suitable for one-off uses ;
- standalone licences and tokens for suitcases and operators.
